"The only reason I’m giving two stars is because my nails turned out nice. I had a Terrible experience with Kim. She was very rude and abrupt with my nails she cut me a few times with the nail trimmer. She did not clean her station prior to or during my appointment with her. She was on her phone texting other people while doing my nails and also asked me to pay prior to her finishing my nails. I didn’t talk to her or act rudely to her even though she gave me attitude. It’s been a long time since going there but i will say I’m not happy with my experience. I got an Acrylic Manicure 3/3/24 around 4pm. I’m not sure if it was because it was around their closing time but Everyone else seemed to have a good time with their workers except me."

"I must say, the reviews I read were pretty scary. However, everyone knows that some people are extra picky and some have their own bad experience and try to make an establishment seem worse than it is. I went after reading the reviews and had no issue. It was around 5:30pm today. I was seated and my spas chair was ready to go within 5 minutes of entering. They were nice and Mai was wonderful and friendly for my pedicure. The only thing I didn’t like was the part when scrubbing the bottom of your feet for dead skin, callus and etc. The pumice sponge doesn’t get everything. (Request Mai)"
