"This place astonished me; it was my first time getting my nails done here, and she did an amazing job! I adore them! Without a doubt, I will return."
"Very friendly service but prices are outrageous! I asked for a pedicure deluxe which is $35 added gel polish price was suddenly $60. Simple manicure with no polish just shine $30. I don’t believe these prices usually warranted for a more upscale salon and service were appropriate. Will not be returning here."
"I had gone to this nail salon due to my mom loving it. I had gone for a mani pedi. While doing my pedi , the man doing it has made my left large toe bleed. He was “shaping” my toe nails when I told him i just wanted to paint them. He continued to cut the sides of my nails and pulling out my skin with it when I told him it hurt. Every time he did so he looked up at me with a guilty look. He had put my feet into the water which is when I realized he has really tore out my skin and root of my nail (like a hang nail but he made it himself). It was excruciating burning pain . He then painted over it and tried to hide it with my red polish at the end. I was given the menu on what I wanted to do and then I chose hot rocks (which states the price is $45). He then paints my nails Gel as I asked. I thought it was a very cool deal for it to be $45 and then he said (AFTER finishing) that the total with Gel is $65. I said okay because there was nothing I could do. Not only this but the rocks were cold. He seemed to have rushed through the entire thing. I was then sent to the chair to do my mani. I asked for acrylic which he seemed to have no problem with . Then he gave me two options on what shape I wanted (Coffin, Square). I wanted stiletto and when i said that he started mumbling and being rude . He then glued on the tips and cut my nails to my desired length. After cutting them he said “here is coffin it looks natural” and I told him “I still want stiletto” and again he started to mumble. He then aggressively started filing down my nail. I was afraid he was gonna file them too much so they were going to be uneven so I had him stop at a ballerina shape. He ended up filing my pinky down and it started to bleed. He stopped and apologized and I just looked at him with that face (iykyk). I was beyond pissed and knew that if I lost it it would only be worse. So I let him finish. He continued to file my bleeding pinky. He finished my set. He then states my mani nails will be $75. I followed him to the front desk and he said my total was $140 for both. I said okay. He then had the audacity to ask for a tip and i just looked at him and he said “you gonna tip on card or do you have cash”. I gave him $5 and walked out. Later that night my toes started to hurt bad and my pinky as well, nothing could touch either. This morning I woke up and my big toes were fat. I wear shoes to work but today I had to break dress code because my toes were full of puss, swollen, and in pain. BEFORE work I tried my best to clean my toes to prevent as much pain throughout the day. I called the salon to inform them of my experience and pains that nail tech caused and they said I needed to go in today and show them proof of it before they can do anything. UNBELIEVABLE. I would rate this 0/10 if I could. This nail salon will never see me again. Photos attached are during bleeding and after cleaning out the puss"
"Paid $135 dollars for an experience that felt like torture. I am satisfied with the nails, but the experience itself was a trial by fire. I don't get mani+pedi's often, so I thought I was just not used to the pain. During my pedicure I did ask Ken to be gentler, and he slightly did. During my manicure though, he was very rough, and he made my fingers bleed in 3 separate cuts on the edge of the nail bed and did not apologize; he just told me to go wash my hands. He left many small cuts on all my nails that still hurt until the next day, plus a cut below my pinky finger. Hopefully you can see the damage of my skin in the pictures. I do appreciate his patience, though, when figuring out what I wanted, especially since it's harder with a language barrier. My mom also went for a pedicure, and the woman she had was very nice and handled her well, so I'm glad she enjoyed it at the very least. Overall, it could have been a better experience for me though"
"I had good service here. Overall. Friendly, nice people. There kinda busy. Except the employee's here need a break room of there own !!!. There all seating eating on the costumer message chairs , I saw 1 lady Barefoot on the chair. Not just 1 employee there was 4 on ones side and 3 on the other side. All eating drinking on the chairs taking there break or lunch. I didn't see then clean then after they used them. So I don't know.!! Maybe that's how they run business."
