"This review is purely based on the lack of customer service at this particular location... I was going to write this review earlier, but I didn't. Anyways... Came here a couple weeks ago, and there's was absolutely no one in here, customer wise. Myself and my daughter were the only ones, I walk in, no greeting, we stand right by one of the workers and he just ignores us... Sooo we proceed to look at what we came here for, which was earrings. And if you've ever been to Spencers, their earring are stacked in the cases, obviously for theft protection, which means you have to have someone assist you to get something out. The two workers we saw were just restocking shelves... We stood there for a good long time, it's not like we are invisible, so, no help was offered, and when we went to go ask for help, they just totally ignored us, so we just left. Never visit this location unless you absolutely need something... Pearlridge locations workers are a bazillion times more friendly and helpful."

"Took a friend here cause she was looking for a bucket hat for her sister. They had some real pretty ones. And my friend said Spencers were cheaper then all her favorite stores that carry bucket hats. Price from $21-$24.99.. one size fits all."
