"Terrible, never again would use. Never showed up. Driver arrived supposedly, stopped by us- we were the only two people left at airport pickup area. Driver didn’t get out and talk to us. Just left. Contacted them- phone voicemail only at that time. No response to email later. DO NOT USE!!"

NO! ***I encourage anyone who has had these experiences to report them to BBB and the FTC @ reportfraud.ftc.gov*** After waiting almost 2 hours at Lihue airport, they ditched us on the return flight. They even called to confirm the day before. When they were not there to pick us up, we called and they denied ever booking our transportation. We took a local taxi for our party of 6. Wish I knew the company, I'd give them a 5 star review. The company also describes their vehicles as luxury Mercedes vans. Yes, they are Mercedes, but not luxurious or clean and the AC dripped on me and the person in front of me the entire trip."
