"Super upset with my last visit...the tech or the administration who checked me in and summarized my visit dropped the ball, bad. In fact bad enough that I am unsure if I trust my vehicle returning to this location."

"Bought a Chevy avalanche from Chris. Asked if something was wrong as the engine would shoot up when I would press the gas during test drive. He said it was fine. Right after purchase I had to spend thousands to fix the engine. Service Kauai has no problem screwing anyone over and selling broken Vehicles. Would give a zero review if possible."

"Consistently the worst customer service for servicing vehicles on Kauai. I have dealt with this dealership on a number of occasions over the years for my Toyota Highlander, Subaru Outback, and most recently Subaru Ascent. Items that should have been covered under manufacturer's warranty were not. This happened twice with both my Highlander and Ascent. They would say things like "Servco doesn't have that relationship" or "even though you contacted us and made an appointment about the issue when your car was under warranty, we didn't have any availability for service for 6 weeks and sorry your car went out of warranty during that time, that's your problem not ours." We had our Outback towed here for a major problem, it sat for 1 month without any communication, no one fixed, and we had to tow it away elsewhere for repair. They clearly have plenty of business and don't need to offer good customer service in order to stay in business."
