"Alii Car Rental was really amazing! Rental was easy, pickup and drop off at the lot behind Target was very easy to maneuver. Our vehicle battery died during our trip, but the response was phenomenal. They send a wrecker to boost the battery within an hour, and two hours later a mechanic who brought a brand new battery. We would not have gotten better service from a standard rental company."

Fortunately, I had enough time to go to the RIGHT location so as not to be charged for late drop-off. TURO made rthe car rental business hassle free. If you follow the prompts or send a text for clarification, you will have the best car rental experience of your life. No silly paperwork at the counter (there is no counter) or waiting until your car is located plus numerous other detriments. Everything is done up front. All you need is a little patience, a phone and some $$. It was so hassle free I thought something was wrong and looked for a catch. There was none. Made our vacation that much better. I would definitely use these guys again."
