"Warning this is a huge scam..you could buy these skin care products on Amazon for a fraction of what they are selling it for. In fact the "machine" to heat the skin cream and "remove wrinkles" they wanted $10,000 for it and I said No Way...then it was dropped to $2,000..funny. I felt like I was going through a time share spiel. The people there were aggressive and very fake. Save your vacation and stay far away from this store!"

"This business is a scam. Stay far away and do not fall for their aggressive sales pitch. Don't engage them. Ignore them. Don't take their sample. Just keep walking! The main active ingredient in their miracle facelift cream is magnesium aluminum silicate. Look it up. This is the key ingredient that ALL of the instant facelift creams and serums use. You can buy a $20 bottle of random "instant facelift" serum on the internet that does the exact same thing as their $300+ cream. They claim that it contains stem cells. That is not only misleading, it is a flat out lie. Sure, their cream has a few hydrating ingredients and ground up mother-of-pearl. So what. All these facelift creams have similar "inactive" ingredients. There is nothing special about the Tresor-Rare cream. It is certainly not worth the hundreds of dollars they want to try to sell it for. Now let's talk about their aggressive and rude sales pitch. These people are trained to get you into the store, into that chair, and make a sale worth several thousand dollars. They won't take no for an answer. And when you try to leave, they curse at you! Maurizio cursed at me, using the F word when I said that I had to leave and wouldn't buy the product. Who needs that on vacation?? Especially in a place like Hanalei! So do yourself a favor. Don't take their sample. Don't engage them. Just keep walking around lovely Ching Young Center and enjoy beautiful Kauai. Maybe if we're lucky, Ching Young Center won't renew their lease and they will go away."

"Oh my gosh what a scam. Got pulled into this shop by a very aggressive salesperson. Tried to pressure me into buying worthless cosmetics claiming it would remove decades of wrinkles. Thank goodness I checked dozens of reviews and BBB complaints with warnings. Beware! Don't fall for their pitch."

"Stay away from this store, these products, and most importantly, these people. My teen daughter and I were lured in by a seemingly lovely young woman who offered moisturizing samples and a "special" eye serum for me. We let her know we just had a minute and she said it would be quick. She said she was going to look for something, disappeared, and her "skin specialist", Maurizio from Brazil, appeared. He applied some goop under my eyes and while waiting for it to dry, alternated between giving fake compliments of my jewelry, my smile, etc, and criticizing my judgment in not immediately accepting his offer to sell me the goop for $635 instead of $1500. He made all kinds of unscientific claims about how the product works and how long the effects will last. Had I not been educated or had been seduced by his affect, would have been sucked into a multi-thousand dollar scam to purchase and subscribe to his products. When it was clear that I was not going to purchase the product, he became aggressive and then angry, telling me and my daughter to leave. Please avoid this scam artist. The elderly, women who will try anything to look younger than their age, and others who are vulnerable need to be protected from this man and his colleagues."

"We were waiting outside the store for rain to stop and these two salesmen tried to sell their super expensive body creams and we told them we aren't in the market for body creams and during that interaction my wife left a small envelope which contained Hawaiian trinkets. I have been trying to retrieve them without any luck. Some lady from central office keeps telling all stores are independently owned. When i try to call number listed, it goes to answering machine and nobody returns call. Strange. Vary strange.also why do you even list a phone number if you never answer it. Scam artists."
