"It took 2 weeks to just to get in for an estimate, (understandable and not the problem, all of the body shops on island are busy) when i finally got in for an estimate it took over a week to hear back, that I needed to bring my truck back in for "another estimate" and I had to call them repeatedly just to get any sort of update at all. After bringing my truck in a second time for the next "estimate" I literally heard nothing back for 2 weeks. After the first full week of waiting to hear anything at all, I finally did call to try to make sense of what was going on they were condescending and rude and gave literally no information. I finally told them to give me back my vehicle (after another 2 weeks of absolutely nothing) and took it to Kauai collision center, where they had an estimate and a repair plan within that day! Something I waited for over a month for from these guys with no end in sight. Save yourself some headache and go to literally anyone else."
