"5 stars all the way across.... I called another shop but they didn't take my warranty or do the work I needed done. Had another shop referred Sierra Nevada diesel performance to me. I had never heard of them before but called that day, and they said to bring it by when it was convenient for me, so I made an appointment for a couple of weeks later. I was thinking around 2 weeks it would be there. But they took my warranty information and got to work checking out my truck. This truck is my baby, and I told them to take good care of her. I told them all the problems I was having and they went from there. The more and more they got to looking into things, the more they found wrong.. at the moment, I had a feeling I was in good hands. After them fighting with the warranty company many times to show that the things were truly wrong, pics and emails, the fight was over, and they could go to work. In all, it took over a month in a half.. (NOT THEIR FAULT) to get my truck in A1 shape again. I'm very pleased with the outcome of the work they did and the hard work put in place to get the job done right. I was very happy to have my truck back. I give them a 5 star all the way, great place, and straight up great work. If ur every in reno and in need of getting something repair, here's ur place. Very lucky I had a great warranty because all the work they did, what was not an easy in and out job, price was up there... BUT LIKE THEY SAY U GET WHAT U PAY FOR... Dylan was of the most help getting things took care of for me. Tech that worked on my truck came out and told me what was done and help me learn some about my truck.
