"Cashier tried to rip me off. She didn't even apologize when I went back for a refund because she knew what she did. She had an attitude because i told her she lied to me. They lie to get sales. On top of that, she still tried to rip me off some more by refunding me a lower priced item I bought instead of the higher price item I was returning."

"I am terribly disappointed with the terrible service I have received at this time at the Sally Beauty store! I entered the store and the employee was organizing bags, with an incredible and contagious laziness! I had to call her 3 times, until she turned around and asked what I was looking for! I responded and showed some photos; She said “we don’t have it” and turned her back on me! What an insult! I will never set foot in this place again! She didn't even offer me an alternative! If you don't want to work, leave the space for those who really know and enjoy dealing with customers! The girl in question has colorful hair"

"Brittany and Abagail were busy when I walked in. They both greeted me and BOTH went above and beyond to not only get the products that I needed, but also suggested a few that I didn't know existed, for my mother's hair issues...They answered all of my questions and patiently took care of me..oh and Sweetheart Brittany paid the change that I was short out of her own pocket! They were so nice to me and I am very grateful! I WILL BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE!!"
