"Where to start. I came to the office for consultation about face lift threading and botox refresher. I waited for 1 hour and 20 min. When i finally saw doctor he said that threading wont help me, which was ok. While he continued pulling my face like i am a sharpei, critisizing it, WITHOUT OFFERING ANY SOLUTUON. His presize words "getting old sucks and you are gettin jowelly." And i am only 42! And always take care of my body and face. I still decided to do botox since i spent all that time. He injectted me in the wrong place - in the forehead instead of between my eyebrows, SPILLING BOTOX OF THE SYRINGE ALL OVER MY FACE. I wanted 11 lines gone, but instead ended up with droopy eyes, did not want any on my forehead. Made a procedure without the presence of a nurse, kept slapping me on knee and shoulder like a drunk guy at the bar, talking about irrelevant things. I just could not wait to get out of the office. Doctor Rueckle is definitely off. May be in his age, he is getting a bit senile or he is just that kind of sadistic men who get off on hurting women emotionally. When i left his office, i cried in my car, and i dont remember last time i cried"

"I've been a customer here at the spa and dr Ruekles on the dermatologist side of this business for approximately 10 years. 3 to 4 months ago I went to the spa to see if the laser they used could remove hair from the bottomof my lip and the corners of my mouth. I began to do treatments every 4 to 6 weeks. I was told it could take up to six treatments for the hair to stop growing back. On the 6th treatment the hair had still not stopped growing in and it seems as if nothing had changed. The technician increased the power of the laser for the sixth treatment. This resulted in swelling around my lips and two large dime-sized red spots near corners of my lips which lasted for 3 weeks. On the 7th appointment I requested a refund because the treatments had not worked. I was told by the manager they would not give me a refund because the service was performed. I explained that a service was performed that did not give me any results that were promised so I should be entitled to a refund. I asked to come in and speak face-to-face to the manager and show how the hair was still growing in the areas i had paid to be removed but i was told that she's never readily available and i could email her. This type of business practice of not standing behind what your selling is not ok to me and they now just lost a customer of 10 years because of $240 in treatments thst didnt work."

"They are listed as accepting new patients but book at least two weeks out. A lot can happen with a medical condition in those two weeks."

"Wonderful place . They don't encourage you to have procedures you do not need. Staff is wonderful. I lived in New York and Washington D.C. and this is by far the best experiences I have ever had. Would not go anywhere else."
