I was disappointed the dish rack had a sign that was $9.99, and staff said that wasn't the price, then they should have removed the sign. Overall I had a very good experience. I'm going back at a later time to get the laundry basket $27.99. The quality of their merchandise is good. I love my dish rack. No rust still looks new."
