"Good, clean store and they seem pretty helpful and friendly. Most of the time they have worked with me to find a game if they are out of stock even without asking. My only issue is that when I renewed my Pro Membership, they put it on auto-renew with the payment method I used without even asking. Not sure if that is a system thing that they can’t control but even if it is, they should warn customers. For those who have subscribed to pro in-store (if you feel it is worth it), please make sure you want auto-renew. You can set that online if needed."
