"We had an amazing day on Hanalei Bay and Anini walking everywhere and shopping and my shoes that I’ve worn for two weeks from Target broke and I had two blisters on my heels. I love Birkenstocks and noticed that Hanalei Living had a really nice collection so I hobbled in and Marie immediately started helping me. I picked out a pair and they didn’t have my size but Marie said “we have that size in our Princeville location which is only 7 minutes away!” I told her we had dinner reservations and we couldn’t make the trip, and she said “I’m getting ready to close but I can go get them for you and bring them back!” Needless to say, I was entirely grateful, shocked and so so happy. I am now wearing these beautiful shoes and walking normally again. What a wonderful experience. Please go there and show Marie some LOVE!"
