"The owners of the shop are very down to earth and easygoing. Also, remember if you’re visiting, most businesses operate on island time. This shop is one of those. It’s owned by a family so they manage it as how they see fit. The store has really great options for women, and I saw a little section for kids apparel. We tried on a few things and I ended up buying 2 bikinis. They have good brands as well. The owners said they sometimes buy from the mainland. I saw a few LA brands which was surprising because I love them and didn’t expect to see them here. The owners were really helpful with providing guidance on fitting as each brand is a bit different. I’d totally recommend visiting this shop. I’m not too familiar with pricing of apparel on the island but I’d say this store might be on a higher end as they have good brands. However, sales taxes are low in Hawaii (4.1%)."

"I’ve driven up there twice during hours that are posted as open online, and no one is there. I called the first time and the person answering the phone was flippant answering “hello” so I wasn’t sure I had the right number. The second time I waited 15 minutes to see if someone would show up and no one did. For a shop that is barely open as it is, and takes a good 20 minutes to get to in Holualoa, I have wasted more than enough time & I won’t be returning."

"I had a wonderful experience with customer service, and the jewelry they have from local artists are great pieces. Unfortunately, the prices are hiked up so insanely high that you think you're getting a valuable item, then you find an identical item on the internet for 70% less. I feel like they operate off of this idea of selling locally made products, so it was a surprise to find an IDENTICAL wallet (in every way) for $30 online and bought it in the store for at least $100, if not more. I feel cheated and that it is probably the case with many of their items that you're paying for something "high end" that is actually cheap and made in bulk. So it makes me feel like I was conned. If they are marking up the price 70%, that is just a shady business. Just my opinion!"
