"I have purchased about 8 comfort colors tee shirts from this store and finally on our last trip to Kauai had enough. I love that brand of tee shirts and all the different styles the owner carries, but cannot deal with his attitude. I will never step foot in this place again. He is condescending, arrogant and just an overall unappreciative human being. Last trip, he literally grabbed a shirt out of my hand as I was looking at it. Every review here is so accurate!"

"Same experience as the others, old man worker judging staring at me while I’m looking for a sweatshirt for my mom. Finally he started shaking his head and asking if I didn’t know they were closing early. And I said no I didn’t and he proceeded to be rude and just stare at me. Totally rude customer service."

"Similar to another person who had posted, my sister and I were both interested in purchasing merchandise from this store but the older man employee was off putting and acted like he didn't want us to buy things. He stared at me and hovered like I would steal something after being in the store for 30 seconds. He also blocked my sisters boyfriend from taking a picture of a jacket for her because he thought she might like it, arms out and everything aggressively saying "no pictures!!". Lastly, he wouldn't let my sister hold a shirt up to herself to judge the size and snatched it from her arms to fold it again and put it back. Hovered over both of them as well. We've never seen such a rude and weird employee and it deterred us from buying anything at all, which was disappointing. I really hope the store owner does something about this employee. And if he happens to be the owner, he needs to take some notes and chill out. I see now why there wasn't anyone in the store during the 2 hours we were at Ching Young village."

"Came into this store with friends and my significant other and we were met by the most cantankerous man. I wanted to buy something as their product looked nice. However, every time I touched something the man hover, mumble, and he made us feel like we couldn’t browse or search for sizes. It was bizarre. I asked this employee if he was the store owner and he replied he was not. I could tell as I’m sure the owner of the store would want purchases to be made, this employee did not seem to want a purchase to happen. I spent my money elsewhere because he was off putting and it was uncomfortable."
