"This was by far the worst insurance group I have been with. All-State agents were very lazy and non responsive to my phone calls and msg I sent. No communication at all this lead me to leave them and go with another insurance company.....With the prices All-State offer they should have the best ommunication skills at hand..instead of the local offices helping I always had to call the ***** number. When you speak to her and have to deal with problems, you will understand! They are a boiler room that just wants to get as many clients and don't care about what happens after! If you prefer a agency that cares and will give you the service you need, this is not the agency!"
"I thought this company was going to be great and that they take care of their customers, but they don't there is no CUSTOMER SERVICE here and they don't even lift a finger to go above and beyond to help, and don't even admit when they are at fault!! They drop the ball and leave their clients hanging and to do the work themselves. So greatly disappointed with this company. Should've stayed with GEICO. I wouldn't rate them even 1 star but it wouldn't let me give them a zero for EFFORT!!"
