"Shopped at TR today for a Christmas gift along with my fiancé and we had the most uncomfortable shopping experience ever. The clerk (bald, older, male, with tattoos) was standing by staring at us the entire time we were shopping without saying a word - not even offering suggestions. It felt very awkward, he was not personable at all and appeared to look annoyed. This is completely unacceptable for customers who spend hundreds of dollars and who are repeat customers. I can say we will not be back spending money here anytime soon. Please train your staff!"

"Made a special effort to stop in and pick up a TR shirt. I have no idea what the previous review is talking about as I found the saleslady working absolutely wonderful. I’m a pretty big guy, so once I found a pattern I liked the salesperson sourced out several different sizes and cuts for me to try on, and with her help found the perfectly fitting shirt. Our interaction was friendly and efficient. I couldn’t be happier."
