"I bought a bra and was told that it was the most comfortable bra that you could ever have and that it would form to my body. I bought it because I was taking a very long plane trip and had a lot of traveling ahead of me. I absolutely hated the bra, everything it was supposed to do it didn’t. I was fidgeting with it the entire time I was on the plane . When I got home , I washed it and put it in my drawer and never tried to wear it again . I read that Victoria’s Secret will return bras so I brought it to Victoria’s Secret’s today and a girl name Maddie heard my story . At first, she said she couldn’t take it back and give me credit on my credit card because it was washed . I kind of understood , but I was really upset because I just wanted a bra that fit me. This young girl turned the entire situation around. Maddie stayed with me fitting one bra after another until one absolutely fit me. She was beyond pleasant . She knew her products and now I just pray this new bra will do it’s job . If so I will be back to get a few more. In a day where customer service is not so great , this young girl had it all. Hope her company recognizes what they have. Very hard to find these days"

"The manager here is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever met. I spent over $150 and went to exchange a pair of shorts that didn’t fit me (with my tags and receipt) and they humiliated me. the shorts had a hair on them so they were holding them up and inspecting them in front of a huge line then told me they wouldn’t be able to sell them again after I tried them on. I’ve never experienced such awful service."

"I’m very satisfied with my experience at the store. The sales associate is a great help. Even though I asked her something I’m unsure of, (I asked her if they had unisex clothes at Pink section.) she tried her best to figure out what I was looking for! I got to buy nice sweatpants thanks to her!"

"Not impressed with overall customer service. Walked in with two sales associates at the front, one male & one female with absolutely no greeting or acknowledgement of even being there. It was about 3pm on the day I visited. That side of the store was empty and I walked by them as they were talking, just a few feet away. Did a quick walk through in that area and went to the Pink section. Shopped around for about 20 minutes on the Pink side and again not a word from the associate that was in that section either. Honestly, if I weren't actually looking for a pair of leggings I would have walked out. I purchased a few items. But there was a longer line and thankfully, the female associate that was at the front when I first walked in was actually paying attention and she waved me to the front entry register. She was actually very courteous at check out. Not sure if that is enough to get me to want to go back to the store. I'd prefer to order online or just give my money to another store with better customer service. I understand that we're in the middle of a pandemic but does anyone even remember what customer service is? A nice smile, eye contact, and a hello is a great starter when a potential customer walks in the door."
