"This is truly the worst dominos I have ever encountered. I’ve witnessed employees being treated as if they are scum of the earth and literally degraded in front of customers. Every order I’ve received from here was wrong or so undercooked it was basically raw then when I complained I was berated and told I was a liar. This store needs some serious change of management with how they treat their employees and customers. Do not give this store business"

"I just had the best customer service experience at the Waikoloa & Kona (Henry St.?) stores. I screwed up my online order & the manager at the Waikoloa store went above and beyond to help me out. Aside from good pizza srevice like this would bring anyone back!!"

"I’ve ordered from this dominos multiple times, and have been satisfied every time. The food is always perfect, and the times that i’ve gotten carry out the staff is always friendly and speedy. I’ve also gotten contactless delivery, and it’s always been very fast, and my order accurate. The only issue they’ve ever had, is after they first opened you couldn’t pay online with a card. They had to type in my card number manually at the store, but it led to some funny interactions considering i have a sticker on my card that makes it difficult to read the numbers. All in all, 5 stars, will keep ordering from this store :)"

"Ouch. First time ordering and it appears to be the worst Domino's I have ever ordered. The pasta portion was so small it did not even cover the bottom of the pan it came in. The pizza had barely any cheese on it causing it to bubble. Was so excited to have food delivery in Waikoloa and was left immediately disappointed."
