"The meat took longer than expected to be replenished when requested and the restaurant was not very busy. They did regularly go around asking if we needed any more meat, just sometimes took a while to get. There were flies buzzing around the restaurant and on the self serve bar of seafood/veggies for hot pot. Tried several of the sauces and could not find one worth eating. Broth was mediocre. Utensils stored in a tin cup in the middle of the table that was filled with water, I thought that was odd and unsanitary. On positive note, they had a good assortment of veggies and seafood."
"The food is pretty good, but the service is lacking. Not much was explained, even though I said it was my first time at their restaurant and their menu isn’t well explained on its own. Basically they serve all you can eat hotpot OR a bibimbap dish OR some items a la carte (which only include the item. The cost is high for what you get, though now that I know how and what to order here, it wouldn’t be as expensive next time we visit (if). Side note: we didn’t even get a water refill from our waitress… so don’t expect much in the way of service here, sadly."
"Amazing food! It was great and would highly recommend. I enjoyed the style of cooking or just having the staff mix the hot stone bibimbap. We dended it with shave ice."
"Went to Kogi Aina a few months ago and couldn’t say one negative word about the place. The food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere was electric. Went there a few times since and I can say they gave really fallen off. Each time I’ve returned they’ve not had chicken for bibimbap and the service doesn’t really exist. While the food is ok compared to my first experience it’s not worth my returning at this point."
