"This is my favorite Starbucks. As I’ve been going to PT two mornings a week, I’ve been stopping here for iced green tea and bacon-Gruyère egg bites afterward. All the baristas at the register are kind and friendly. Because I have been using a walker lately, they have been delivering my order to the table, which has been greatly appreciated."

"I should have read the reviews. The only reason we walked halfway across Waikiki was for the Reserve coffee. If it hasn’t been a Reserve for over nine months, the least they could do is change the Google listing. As others have mentioned, most of the staff is pretty blasé about their service."

"I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at my local Starbucks store. I ordered my usual drink, but unfortunately, it was not up to their usual standards. The quality and taste of the drink were far from what I have come to expect from Starbucks. I was as I have always been a loyal customer. Moreover, the service I received was subpar. The barista seemed to be inattentive and disinterested in helping me with my order. The whole encounter left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. As someone who has been a regular customer for years, I hope that Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their overall customer experience. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is crucial for a company of Starbucks’ caliber to maintain consistency in both the quality of their products and the service they provide. I genuinely hope that this review helps Starbucks identify areas for improvement and that future customers do not have to go through a similar disappointment. I ordered the same drink every day they ruined my whole day , everyday in the morning I order a pink drink I asked they to make it again I show the guy how to do it he make it worse than the first one I’m not going to drink it I just waited my money , this is not how a pink drink looks like thanks Starbucks for ruined my day"

"This location is no longer a Reserve. I was disappointed to find this out, but easily consoled by a holiday coffee in a holiday cup designed by Bridget Shilling. This location was packed with customers, so be prepared to wait a minute in line, unless you order ahead. Not a bad place for merch either. BTW, they have coffee flavors that other locations outside of Hawaii do not, so be sure to try one out."

"Just outside the Waikiki bubble this Starbucks Reserve is less hectic. Service is friendly too. I ordered the Impossible breakfast sausage, but asked to make it vegan, they removed cheese and eggs, and it was just a patty between the bread buns. No sauce, no replacement for removed ingredients, and still charge full price. Starbucks could do better and more creative with vegan menu"
