"Ordered online for a quick dinner. Daughter went to pick it up. It took half an hour, they were not busy and she counted 10 workers. 10workers!!! Got my food and my grilled cheese burrito is missing the “grilled cheese” on the outside. Fast food chains are getting ridiculous. Orders wrong, bad customer service, slow and the list goes on. Only place I don’t have problems is McDonald’s and their service is always good. As for Kaneohe, I will not eat Taco Bell, Jack in the Box (burnt food to a cracker crisp and wrong orders on many occasions) and Wendy’s in Kailua (touching food with bare hands and eating while working)."

"Never got my food so I can't even review that. What I will review is the service at this Taco Bell. Overall my experience was extremely negative, what basically happened is I ordered from the mobile app to speed things up since the drive thru line was so long. I go inside to check in and someone checks me in and says my order will be out in a few minutes. I wait 20 minutes and go back to the counter for a status update. Another person is at the counter this time and rudely tells me that I'm supposed to check in and that's why my food isn't ready. Well obviously I already checked in and I tried telling this person, but they weren't hearing any of it. This person seemed like the manager too, so for them to act so unprofessional is a big red flag for how this restaurant is ran. I would either avoid this restaurant entirely, or see if there's a way to get this Taco Bell to retrain / rehire their staff. My experience here was unlike any other Taco Bell and left a sour taste in my mouth despite not even getting my food."

"This is supposed to be fast food! I called the Kaneohe store 3 times and the corporate office twice while wasting my night away in the drive thru line with only 8 cars in front of me. I have 6 still in front of me. Arrived 6:28 pm its 7:05 and I am trapped in the line. Someone needs to address this, I dont know what the deal is but this isn't how Taco Bell wants business conducted I'm sure of it!!! Exit time 7:15"
