"Terrible service. Terrible treatment. - Idk why my prev review was ghosted but here is my first review: My order was ready when I went in to pick up my mobile order. I said unfortunately that wasn't what I ordered, and then the curly haired barista…with a mean attitude made the second one in exactly the same way. Right after he handed me the coffee, he knowingly pressed the tap and splashed water on my face, sunglasses and phone with a gross smile on his face. These staff should enjoy their little moments until being replaced by a robot."

"The service was poor, and the drinks were of low quality. Not sure if the girl was new; she consistently struggles with making drinks. I ordered a shaken espresso, which had an off taste and an unpleasant aftertaste. Anticipating a similar outcome with a do-over, I opted for a cold brew instead. Surprisingly, she said it was the last time—really? Don't make such claims if you can't get the drink right. Unfortunately, the cold brew was even worse, with a stronger aftertaste. Does Starbucks assume money falls from the sky?"
