"Clean, organized and bright. It looks in many ways new but it has been there a while so it is well kept. Staff as in most locations can be hit or miss. One staff member on the floor was avoiding us and kept stocking items. At the checkout though we got a rockstar staffer who knew how to return online orders and place in store delivery orders from their website. the inventory was good for an outlet store and there was plenty of parking but during this pandemic that may be a new norm as it was packed last December."

"Was just okay... nothing special. The staff didn't really seem care if you are there to shop or they they didn't even bother to say hello or thanks for coming buy... GAP once was my favorite place to shop but now it seem its just a over price Walmart clothing department... well at least they have greeters to say hello and they come by to see if u need help...so disappointing... GAP store can do so much better..."

"Normally, Gap is on my Boycott list. however, reality dictates the island & they have a great selection of affordable new clothes for work & HAWAII'S daily work life, beach, etc. ABC store is being called too "loud" in tropical bright colors for photo pop color vacation photos. So, GAP is turning the island corporate grey & blue. I'm not happy the pineapple clothing GAP sells are coming from outside Hawaii. Hawaii is part of the USA. It would be nice to see a little more aloha that is corporately acceptable."
