"I hate leaving bad reviews but this was crazy terrible. We came here to this location on Saturday 2.10.24 about 3 people sitting on the benches; looked like 2 artists working already. No one said Hi, no one said be with you in a minute, No one even looked up. Waited about 20 to 25 minutes and still nothing. Sad part was this was our 3rd Koolsville shop with no one saying a word to us. We totally understand the artists are doing tattoos; but you need a receptionist running the desk. The money you would spend on them would come back 10 times because you are running your front house more efficiently. One location had someone we think that might have been suppose to be signing people in but she was ordering wings on the phone, spraying stuff in the air and not talking to anyone including us. We seen like 10 people just give up and walk out. Nobody cared. So disappointed in Koolsville not at all what is advertised or really even reviewed. I would say not all have this issue but we went to 3 and experienced all the same. How can you do business like this? I wouldn't advertise walk ins welcome because they totally aren't."

"This place was great! Clean, fast and nice staff!!! This is the location to go to for a quick in and out experience. When we were there, another customer said another location had over 50 people waiting - so this is definitely the hidden gem! Please be aware that they recently switched what the 10.00 (plus) tattoos are! This is not the front desk persons fault! **they are not updated online Another cool thing they do is the blindfold tattoo! For 100.00 You pick 3 topics, they blindfold you and give you a tattoo! This was happening when we were there and his turned out awesome!"

"I was visiting Vegas and decided to get a little souvenir at Koolsville. I got one of the $20 flash tattoos and was in and out very quickly. I have several larger tattoos and have been getting tattooed for over 20 years. Koolsville was clean and the staff was friendly. I went on a Tuesday afternoon. There was no wait and my artist, Chris was really great - super nice dude with 25 years experience. I'm really happy with my little reminder of my time in Vegas."
