"Bottom Line Up Front: Steve went way out of his way to help without asking for a cent. Steve (who I presume owns the shop) let me bend his ear for 15 minutes about the car trouble I was having. He then asked me to give him my cell number and a couple of hours... during that time he researched the potential problems and realized that the dealership was the best path because of a recall on my vehicle he found for me. He referred away a potential customer because it was best for the customer. He was not dismissive when I described to him the noises my car made.
