"I am so pleased by the service Ace Auto Glass in Aiea. My window on my BMW was busted by some derelict by Camp Erdman during the day. My insurance company hooked me up with Safelite which I've used before and they were good. This time they gave me an appt. for February 12 at my home and they couldn't do it until then because they needed a part. Then I got a text saying we've updated your appt. for Feburary 16 and I'd have to bring it in town. I told them that won't work because I'm having surgery on February 14th. I asked them what happened to my February 12th appt. and at my house. No response. I can't leave my window open like that for too long as the rain and weather could damage it more. I called Ace Auto Glass to ask for an estimate and she gave me the lowest price of all the auto glass places I called AND she had it in stock! AND she could get me in that day!!
