"This was our first stop of 3 car dealerships for the day. We had to get some directions from an employee in the lot to have a salesperson come out to help us. Joe Okabe came on the scene and we were instantly in good hands. He answered all of our questions. He was very patient and showed us several models of the Traverse that we were interested in. We ended up leaving and had less than stellar service at the next 2 stops. We immediately called Joe and locked in our pick. He helped us through the process and was so helpful when we were having trouble getting our insurance company to send over the right form for insurance purposes. We traveled off the lot with our brand new car. Thank you Joe and the Waipahu Servco team for the stellar service."
"This place had my car for 3 weeks and still didn’t look at it. They texted me saying it would take another week. I even had an appointment scheduled and they still didn’t take care of my car on the date I scheduled. This place really sucks and needs more help. You will wait for your car for days!!! It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment scheduled. And they couldn’t fix it. I took it somewhere else"
"Made an appointment to have my vehicle diagnosed for an engine issue at 9AM, dropped my vehicle off at 7AM, was recommended by service rep to have a 60k mile service, so I agreed as per their recommendation. Then Uber home as their was no shuttles available, then didn’t receive notification till 1PM, stating that the car wash not even worked on yet and will be starting the recommended maintenance now, but didn’t have a tech even look at the main reason for me coming in. Then said I’d need to have my vehicle to stay longer to have it looked into, and I asked if there was a complimentary vehicle available while they keep my vehicle and said not at this time; so then I wouldn’t have a mode of transportation to take me to and from work and hold my equipment. Later after saying that they can try to have my vehicle looked at next week (this week)but can’t promise it will actually be looked at. Personally the reason I went to Servco was from your highly reputable business, to doing what it takes to help the customer and accommodations to ensure everything works for both the business and the customer. I was just disappointed after using you folks for many years for my Toyotas and now this. I do understand how to run a business and times their are short staffed and not able to get things done in time; but this was truly unacceptable, as now I have to try to find a way to take another day off from work to work around the the service departments time. Mahalo for letting me explain my frustration and hope and pray things can be made to help make the us the customer satisfied and have things going smoothly again like before."

He answered all my questions regarding the current rebate specials and the incentive program Costco had going on. Dan our finance consultant was great at explaining everything I had to sign along with the warranty and maintenance options. Before driving off in my new truck Gerald made sure to walk me through all the functions. He followed up with me a couple days later to see if everything was going well and if I had any questions.
