"Heard good things from a few people after moving here. Decided to give them a try for my safety inspection. First time I went they advised me to switch out my smoked lights for stock red and ambers-OK. My car is lowered so they referred me to recon. As a new person to the island, obviously as I had Oregon plates, they didn't bother to ask if I knew where it was. Went back after passing recon easily, now they tell me my mono windshield wiper won't pass. After reading the safety inspection regulations, nowhere does it say a requirement for 2 wipers. They didn't even ask if I wanted to make an appointment, which they told me they only do from 9am-12pm. I went to Wahiawa automotive and they hooked me up. Will be taking my wife's car to Wahiawa when it arrives, and my brother will be taking his 3 cars there now."
