"There is no place like NAPA in the area. Quite frankly, the other auto parts store are most unhelpful and do not seem to care if they help you. Now add Max to the mix, and you will have an experience that can't be beat. I was looking for a specific part for my van. Max took the time to look up the schematic, EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART. There was nothing in it for him except providing excellent service and making sure we got the right part. He directed us to the Dodge dealer in Honolulu to get the correct part without hesitation. There was no sale involved for him. In these days, that type of customer service is rare.
