"I live in Wahiawa and always came here when I needed something. Always a good experience. First time today I come to return something and manager says “is it broken? then no” and just walks off while the rest of the workers just stare at me in silence. Made me feel stupid, no explanation and un-professional. Call me thin-skinned, whatever, but I will not be returning to this location if that’s how they do a frequent customer from the neighborhood. I’m not rich and it’s my hard-earned money in question, some complete sentences and looking me in the eye is the least we can do when doing business."

"I am 3000 miles away in Arizona. My wife was on her way to airport from from my daughters house (at Schofield) and they discovered a dead battery. They jumped and made to this awesome O'Reilly store where they received EXCEPTIONAL service with removing a deeply corroded battery and then replacing. My wife made it to airport in time, and my life is now peaceful and calm thanks to this store and it's terrific employees (Dayton - and manager also?). Thank you!!"

"Thankful for the wonderful staff you have there. We went in for a part but they noticed my husband had just encountered a burn on his air from coolant.
