"After YEARS of wanting to remove a certain tattoo on my lower back I finally did the research and found Reno Tattoo Removal. My text was quickly replied to and followed up by a lengthy one with all the information I could have asked. I made my first appointment and arrived slightly nervous. Ron was great! He was kind and patient and made me feel very comfortable. The session lasted apx 15 min all at my pace or rather pain tolerance but I did it. Even while I felt like a wimp he encouraged me and let me know that I was in fact, not! It was wonderful to hear how excited he was that this would be a successful removal once said and done.
