"I will go out of my way. To avoid City electric supply. Solely Based on my last experience at loose road location. I was looking for a specific breaker. Customer service was poor & condescending. From both guy at the counter and manager. Manager was supposed to call me. To let me know when it would arrive. He Never did, but I didn't expect him too."

"Long story short manager kept telling me to go somewhere else when i tried to purchase some outdoor lights. He said he would have to order them then kept asking me if i knew exactly what i wanted. Being reAlly pushy as i tried to pull it up in my phone. I finally told home i want an outdoor light that would light up my backyard to ride horses. He said again i have to order it go somewhere else. I said let me talk to the manager he said he was the manager i said no way, a manager wouldn’t talk to customer like this, can you show me some options and he said i would have to order it, and i said do you want to sell me a light or no? After an exchange he said no i dont. So i left."
