Thinking I was checking out, she instead led me outside to my vehicle and changed the blades for me. This was unexpected and a great example of fantastic customer service. "Everytime I go in there Elvis Chavez is managing..I see all these reviews about him, it must be a different Elvis chavez cause the one i know is always on his phone on break, or he is the only one at the front register and cant help me with my check engine light problem and cant leave..ive seen him doing that to alot of customers not just me..one time i went into the store and as soon as he saw me he turned away and walked off and left me waiting till another employee got free to help, that was 10 minutes later!! He is very unprofessional and lazy everytime I go in there he is like that and i go in there several times a week.. the employees have better work ethic than him and he's supposed to be the manager?! That's unsatisfactory and disgusting"
