"So my pregnant friends battery was dead she took it here the guy told her it just needs to be charge he couldn’t get her battery out so me and a friend came to remove it for her the guy then tells her she needs a new battery because now it’s not holding a charge and then asks if we can put the new battery in. I’m not understanding why they work here if they can’t even take out a battery. Then he asked her to carry the battery back out to her car the customer service was not good and they just acted like they didn’t care."

"I just bought a new belt, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had coming here. My car needs a new one but I'm not super familiar with replacing it, so before I bought it, I wanted to ask the worker if this was the one I needed. the autozone site confirmed it fit with my car, but it doesn't hurt to ask. So after 10 mins of looking and not finding it, I wait in an empty line for the cashier to assist me. While I'm waiting, I'm wondering "huh, it's taking a bit" about 15-20 mins. and shes playing with sizzors and cardboard like a kid?? She's not with a customer at all. Just... opening and closing a pair of sizzors rapidly while cutting cardboard into small pieces. Not even a box to break down in smaller, just making mess. She looks new and young so I let it go, whatever. Everyones gotta start somewhere. Her manager tells her to help me after waiting for 20 mins, so I ask about the belt. She doesn't really answer just leaves to get the belt and rings me up. I'm trying to be polite because I don't want to purchase it if it's the wrong one, so I ask again "Hey is this a serpentine belt?" And she completely ignores me! She just asks for my phone number to ring me up. Like dude? I get if you don't know about cars but at least don't pretend I didn't ask something. Her manager overhears the conversation, and if I could give two reviews, one 5 star for that manager, and 1 star for that cashier, I honestly would. Her manager actually answers my question, and mid conversation ask the manager is asking me on my car make/model, the cashier interrupts her TWICE to ask for my number. My guy, I get you want me to leave and get the transaction over with, but the whole point of me being there was to find out what belt I needed. So I just give her my number and the cashier starts arguing with her manager about how 2 weeks isn't enough notice for more shifts and that she doesn't want to wear the uniform. And honestly none of this is my business but because this is stopping me from leaving, it made me realize this girl is wearing a hoodie and blue sweatpants at work. All autzone employees wear red shirt and black pants, if she wasnt behind the counter, i wouldnt have known she was a cashier. And I'm adding it because it was really really unprofessional. When she FINALLY rings me up, "the system froze." I straight up don't believe it actually did because I come here often enough for years and this is the first time it ever "froze". She got all smug, and tells her manager she can't ring me up and that she's gotta do it. She doesn't tell me anything, not even"hey I'm sorry my system stopped working" and the manager calls me over to the next computer where she rings me up in 2 mins and I'm gone. That, who I think is a manager, I'm actually not really sure! But she is an older kind lady with blonde hair and glasses, she was super helpful and I'm glad she was there to intervene! But that first cashier with curly semi dyed reddish brown hair with sweatpants was really rude and will likely be the reason I won't come back here anymore."

"Came to this location to drain some used oil, and my experience with lexi was very unpleasant. Every other auto zone in the Las Vegas valley will allow me to dump my used oil with with no problem. But lexi gave me the hard time, along with a series of questions, then ultimately told me to wait in a long line to dump my used oil and that she will not let me do it myself. I explained that I deal with commercial and im a business owner and she still treats me like a DIY customer. Poor attitude and poor customer service in my opinion."

"Rude unhelpful and expensive. Their idea of installation is some guy who works on your car in the parking lot...if it's not to hard ...is what they said. Then they all walked off to talk to each other leaving us customers just standing there. We left...they had no motivation to help us...so we had no motivation to stay. They lost a 250 dollar sale. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"
