"I recently went in to Towbin to explore the option of buying a new car. My Kia Forte was turning 13 years old and it was getting to be time for a new one. I really just wanted to see what they had to offer and had no plans of buying that day. The experience I had was so far above and beyond great that I ended up with a brand new car. First, I wasn’t hounded while I looked over the whole lot. The concierge asked me if I had any questions and I told him that I was interested in test driving some vehicles. He fortunately put me into contact with Carlos Rodriguez. This guy has been working for the company for 3 months but he is already a VIP in my book. He has a great down to earth personality, helpful, and also very informative. He was very easy to talk to and never felt pushy. I really felt like he was working hard for me and my interests. He listened to what I wanted and really went to bat for me. They didn’t have the Kia Forte Hatchback that I wanted but he took me to look at a Kia Soul. We took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it. Carlos and I went over the numbers and after a bit of negotiating we made a deal. I was really impressed with everyone I met that day. “Juice box” was also incredible and helped me finalize the deal promptly. I think this was the fastest I have ever purchased a vehicle. I wasn’t prepared to trade my car in that day so it definitely wasn’t cleaned out. Carlos was incredibly patient while I moved my stuff out of my old car to my new car. He gave me his number and told me to call if I ever needed anything. I drove off with a huge smile on my face thinking I would never have to call him again. Then a couple days later I realized that I left my work parking passes in my old vehicle. I texted Carlos and he told me once he got to work he would look for them. He not only found them but also drove them to my house and dropped them off. I’m just completely impressed that he went so out of his way for me. So, If you want to buy a car I not only recommend Kia but also highly recommend that you ask for Carlos Rodriguez. Incredible customer service!!! Thanks Carlos."
