"If you planning to be a CDL driver or a worker, have a plan b. Multiple people got let go for “slow season” or hit you with the “you didn’t meet requirements”. People getting fired during or after training. DONT trust the drivers or that Richard dude or anyone in general. Keep it about work and work only whenever you communicate with FBM workers. Cdl drivers are shady and will feel threatened you will cut their hours. Stay SHARP! Trucks are good and work is good if you even get to be a delivery driver since they will have you be a labor first stacking drywall by hand and cart for who knows how long. My personal experience with FBM and what I witnessed with fellow ex-employees!"
