"My hair dresser was raven.I called before to make an appointment for hair color.I graciously asked raven if anyone could take me late in the day & she said yes.I came in around 3:15p.m. but they closed at 5p.m.Again I was told they could take me,I was greeted by raven upon check in & taken to her chair for my coloring.She began the process but all throughout,she seemed not very talkative,& somewhat annoyed with me.I was very apologetic for coming in so late in the day,but I was on time for my appointment.I kept thinking throughout the process that if she didn't have time to take me,why did she book the appointment?When she rinsed me I felt as though my head wasn't close enough to the faucet so I offered to scoot up to make it easier for her to rinse me.I asked her if it was better & she replied with a curt whatever your neck just needs to be here.Very rude & unprofessional response.I guess she was annoyed with the fact that I took longer than she thought I would & was eager to be done with me as she had to stay past close.When she did talk she asked if I used leave in treatment when I said no & asked why she said just wondering.So weird.When i asked her to recommend a style of bangs for my face shape & color protecting products she was zero help.I picked my own color products & when i tipped her very generously i might add,she seemed pretty ungrateful.Another older women from earlier was closing the register asked if i wanted to shop for my color products while my head was sopping wet with hair dye,& i was in the chair waiting on my color to set in.Bizarre thing to ask while i was in mid service.I found her rude & a weirdo.The only nice one seemed to be a sweet older lady with gray hair who seemed to be very chatty & knew how to make her clients feel good,made me wish I was sitting in her chair instead.Color turned out fine,but I'm never going back."

"Sandra did an excellent job on mine and my daughter's hair. She did a conditioning treatment and cut on me, and colored my daughters hair and did a trim, evening out some of her layers. Well done job!! We will be going back to her in the future, for sure!"
