"Disaster at Poppy Collective by owner Cena. Paid $350 for a Weft move up. Was supposed to get color but Cena informed me she was too busy. Had to come back next day to do that! After the color & blow-dry the following day, I went to my car and saw that one side looked great but on the other side, the weft was all pulled out!! Walked right back in. Cena wouldn't do me the courtesy of even speaking with me. I left. Cena never called to see what was wrong so I texted her again. When I texted her, she didn't like my words and instead of an apology, she told me never to come back. That's a girl with a serious attitude problem. She didn't like MY attitude after I spent $350 for an incompetent job and wanted her to fix it?? Evidently, I didn't ask her nice enough to fix it after already having to come in twice to get my hair done and then she wouldn't even bother to come to the front desk to chat about it!?!
