"I called on Saturday and made an appointment for a cut and retouch, the appointment was for Sunday at 2:30, when I arrived the shop was closed! Hrs. posted were 10a.m. - 6 p.m. . I received no phone call or text message explaining why the shop was closed or to reschedule. You could have at least called so I didn’t waste my time driving there!"

"I usually go to Great clips because it's close by but I decided to come try this place a couple weeks ago. It didn't take long to get in to get the haircut but I'm very very very disappointed. The gentleman who cut my hair even made the comment "this is why we go to school" meaning that they know what they're doing but this is not the case. The back of my head looks like I got ran over by a lawn mower. This is one of the worst fade haircuts I've ever had, and they even charge more here than other places I've been to. It's all choppy and uneven. I'm so freaking mad at this place and now I'm stuck with this look until it grows in. I have a job where I can't wear a hat and so it's extremely embarrassing. I will never go here again and advise you to think twice about coming here as well especially if you're a guy getting a haircut. They do not know how to do fades at all."
