"Hello I travelled A 30 minute drive to this beauty salon and unfortunately it was not open. The Google time that it had on there was not accurate and it said that it closed at 8 PM but unfortunately it closes at 6 o’clock. Also it gave me an address but unfortunately, the address that I got when I arrived to this location was 420 S . And unfortunately, I drove 12 minutes to that location that was posted on the door and it was not an accurate location. It took me to brown apartments . I then called LV beauty supply on 1136 Decatur and I was so happy to speak with Rocky. She has amazing customer service. She blessed me with Grace time to place my order on the phone. Sam helped me as well checking out when I arrived, as well as Erica thank you so much I highly recommend going to 1136 S. Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89102 location excellent customer service"

"I was profiled in the store and the owner admitted that he was watching me to make sure I didn't steal. I have never stolen anything in my entire life and some creep watching my every move made me feel uncomfortable. I'll stick to buying my beauty supplies online or from black owned businesses because I know for a fact I don't deserve to get talked to like that."
