"Haircut was okay (a bit too short, maybe they weren’t used to cutting wavy hair) but the person cutting my hair didn’t say much during the entire appointment and then proceeded to somewhat insult my hairs health and try to sell me products for it at the end. I also understand a “blowdry” can be considered extra but she didn’t even offer nor even somewhat dry it so I left with soaking wet hair in November weather. Mainly what was troublesome was the dark haired lady working there (didn’t catch a name, assuming maybe the manager) talked about extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate topics the entire time. It seemed she knew the peoples hair she was cutting and I’m not easily offended, but as a customer walking in for the first time and having to overhear all that, it was highly unprofessional. I will probably go to Greatclips or elsewhere in the future."

"Just 3 days ago I went in with Sarah (manager) to get my hair done. I showed her a inspiration picture of what I wanted on the right picture and this is what I got in the left picture. I paid $110 to get this little portion of hair bleached. What you see in the picture is exactly what I got for $110 the rest of my hair is the hair color I had. Before this I got a even trim with another employee in December and at the time of my hair color appointment Sarah had said one side was longer and I didn’t even know! So she had “fixed” a mistake an employee did. I spoke to Sarah on the phone and also went in person to speak to the employees that were available and I didn’t get treated well, Sarah said that she couldn’t do anything nor give me a refund or part refund, that I would have to pay to get my hair done again and that if I didn’t like her service to go else where. I am very upset with the results and for the amount I paid. Obviously there’s nothing I can do now with them but to pay again to get it done else where. I don’t recommend any service here or on the Maryland location"
