"Went in for eyelash perm and eyebrow tinting from out of state and was terribly disappointed with services received. Eyelash perm was overprocessed and caused loss of hair and crazy curling. Eyebrow tint left me with half an eyebrow. Refund was given but it should be a forewarning for future guests that expectations should be left at the door. Student workers should not be left unsupervised if the only one capable of performing services is Min herself and guests should be warned if a student is working on them. BAD temporary work should be an indicator of the PERMANENT work being solicited here."

"I had the best experience at Min`s Spa. The spa is so beautiful and clean. Min told me she designed the Spa, it is a wonderful atmosphere to be in. I got taken right in on time, the assistant that drew on my brows for Min is so patient and friendly. Min comes out to check and perfect the shape before she takes you into the room. The process made me at ease and I got exactly what I wanted to be illustrated, by me, before I went in. They even made it enhanced more than I would have myself. Also I've never had a problem getting a schedule because I always remember to do it in advance. When you walk in the girls are very welcoming and the environment is calm and relaxing.
