"So you guys called me to cancel the appointment for my daughter saying she's ineligible for her dentist visit. So since you guys called me to cancel the appointment I figured that appointment was canceled but now I'm getting charged a $25 fee because I didn't call back. you guys did not call me the next day to confirm the appointment for the next day after that so I figured the appointment was canceled. So I call back to make an appointment in the lady in this rerceptionist wants to get nasty with me and tell me I have it $25 fee cuz I didn't call back. Saying she never left a voicemail, then i three wayed the voice message So she could hear it. Then she wants to tell my husband how's she call me like 10 times and I didn't answer which is a lie so I don't know if people actually want to go to this dentist cuz they do lie to you and it's sad cuz the dentist is nice but the receptionist likes to play games and gets nasty with you and try to call you out over the phone. And the reception is told my husband and how she owns the whole business there's no corporate number and she owes a whole building and she's the only person in the office there's no office manager nothing. I don't like playing Mickey mouse games and I wouldn't want nobody else to do either"
