"Running late due to bad traffic (car accident + construction) and an after-school pickup location that was temporarily moved elsewhere in the school. Tried to call and ask if it would be okay if we were 15 minutes late. They said no, we would need to reschedule and, in order to reschedule the appointment, we would need to pay a $50 missed appointment fee. Editing to add: this incident occurred on 2/29/2024, the appointment was at 4PM, and the arrival time would have been no later than 4:15. Probably wouldn't have even been that late but we called to be courteous, and saw that it was not returned to us by the business."

"This was seriously the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Not only did I have a dental emergency and they got me in as soon as possible. I had a veneer tooth break and they literally were able to fix it on the spot. The office has the most efficient equipment I’ve ever seen any dentist office have in my life. They literally made my tooth right in front of me. Dr. Mugleston was the best. Beyond nice and took excellent care of me. It might be a little far from my house but I had the best experience so you know I’ll be coming back here again and again. Couldn’t say enough good things."

"was recommended by a friend and I'm SO GLAD I went to check it out they have been nothing but nice to me I got very lucky when I called and made an appointment they got me in quick and were very understanding and explained things to me and walked me through the steps of how much everything would be for me,They NEVER have had a problem with me calling and asking questions or moving an appointment. This dentist office is the first office I've been too that doesn't care about the money they care to see how happy you are and to move forward with your smile. Only downfall I have is not being able to get seen on time and my time got pushed back from 8 am to 12:30pm for my wisdom teeth"
