"I am disappointed with the service I received at Lash Dreams. Despite trying to articulate my desire for volume wispy lashes, I ended up with what can only be described as a hybrid set at best. Furthermore, I was charged an additional $25 for a lash bath, a service that was never communicated to me beforehand. I only discovered the charge when I reviewed my receipt after leaving the establishment. Mind you I came with a clean face and do not even wear makeup in my day to day. It is crucial for businesses to inform customers about any additional charges so that they can make informed decisions. While I may be mistaken, it seemed that the technician added the extra charge to compensate for the gap between the expected revenue from the set and the actual due to the update of the service provided. I sincerely hope that this was not the case. To ensure that I had not missed any information regarding the establishment's guidelines, I thoroughly reviewed your booking site and found no mention of a mandatory lash bath for the service. A more appropriate approach would have been for the technician to examine their work and address the issue directly with me. Any experienced lash technician would easily recognize that this set does not meet the criteria for a volume set. Therefore, there was no need to wait for the customer to bring it up. If I had not mentioned it, I would have been charged for a volume set, which is both disappointing and reflects poorly on the business's practices. Instead of attempting to find ways to manipulate the situation, it would have been more beneficial for the technician to focus on providing an excellent customer experience to a first time guest by acknowledging the miss. As the technician, a subject matter expert who has performed numerous sets, I am confident that you could recognize that what I was presented with did not meet the standards of a volume set. Had the situation been handled differently, I would have gladly tipped you the amount you charged me for the unwarranted lash bath. The challenging economic situation does not justify adding arbitrary charges to a customer's bill in the assumption that they won't notice or question it. I sincerely hope that your organization and the technician take this feedback constructively and work towards improving your services and the overall customer experience. Repeat customers are far more valuable to a business than a one-time service."

"Last minute called to see if there was any availability same-day. Brianna had a slot open for me and was able to accommodate me. I was flying in for a red carpet event in Vegas and did a lot of research in advance to find a good place. Brianna had a lot of patience and was very gentle with my lashes. I requested a hybrid set with spikes and asked her to make them slightly longer than my lashes. She did an amazing job! I had many compliments throughout the week and they looked beautiful in all of my red carpet photos. It’s been almost 3 weeks and my retention has been holding well with a daily cleaning routine. Brianna was also pretty fast, my lashes were professionally well-done, and made my session extremely comfortable. Will be a returning customer for any upcoming events I have. Thank you again!"

"I personally would not recommend this place. They have a 10 min late policy and no cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment (or else you lose your deposit). Which is totally understandable, except they dont hold themselves to the same standards. I was there a total of 3 times, two times they were 15-25 late to come get me/start my appointment while I was in the lobby and still had the audacity to send me a text message saying "they would not be able to see me if I was not there on time because the techs did not have time to accommodate" as I was sitting in the lobby waiting 20+ minutes for them. The second time they canceled my appointment a few hours before, after I had already changed my work schedule around and paid my deposit, no apologies no nothing; I rescheduled and again changed my schedule around. I tried 3 different techs all three times and about 75% of my lashes fell off within 3-4 days; They have a lot of availability and convenient times which is why I gave 2 stars and the place is nice on the inside. Its clean and neat."

"Got my first set of lash extensions EVER by Kaitlin last night. I am too in love with them already to not leave a review! I’ve seen lash videos where the person’s eyes look super red, so I was nervous the process and wearing them may be uncomfortable, but I think I almost fell asleep during the process and I can barely feel them! My eyes weren’t red or watery at all! My wedding is early November, so I have some refills booked already before then, and I’m so excited. Definitely can’t be an all the time thing for me, but I will definitely be back for birthdays, vacations, and holidays!"

"I’ve been a client of this salon since their opening and they never disappoint! I have been to almost all the lash artists here and every single one has been able to give me the lash style I want or they help me find a style that better fits my eye shape! No matter which artist I go to, the amount of compliments I receive about my eyelashes after every appointment is more than I can count. I cannot recommend this salon and all the artists enough! Such a great and cute salon filled with amazing artists! Here’s my latest volume set!"
