"IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! One of the employees at the store RACIALLY PROFILED ME and tried to prevent me from walking in the store because he said they were closed, yet there were customers inside shopping and on the website it said they were open. He proceeds to tell me “they don’t do my type of hair” and “they don’t have the weave i’m looking for”, when I didn’t even ask! He also followed me around the store as I was shopping!! This is RIDICULOUS!! Today around 10am, I went to this beauty supply and one of the employees who was outside taking a smoke break was starring at me as I was walking up. Before i could walk into the store he stops me and says “Can I help you? Do you have an appointment?” I told him no but i’m looking around and he then stops me from coming inside of the store and tells me that I need to tell him what i’m looking for because they are “closed” and “they don’t do my type of hair“ even though I didn’t ask him that... So I ask him when are they closing because on the website it says they are open between 10am -7pm and there were other customers currently shopping inside. He tells me he “doesn’t know” and that “it’s up to the owner on when they are closing but they are closing soon”. So I then ask to speak to the owner and he tells me that he is the owner. So then I go inside anyways and he’s following me around as I’m looking at the items, I tell him I don’t need his help but he continues to follow & harass me. He then tells me “they don’t have any weave in here or what i’m looking for”, So at that point he made me feel so uncomfortable that I left. I was shocked and felt so disrespected after that. I would not recommend to shop or support this business, they treat their customers very poorly and the customer service here is absurd."

"This is the worst experience I ever had... They gave me my receipt. Which my total was $24.37. My bank send me a notice that I was charge $30 dollars. I went back before getting in my car.. told her and she showed me a receipt that was printed out instead of the original card receipt. She took my receipt. I'll be going back for them to give me my money back.? I'll post an update of what they do? If they kick me out or give me my money back."
