Great Clips

"The gentleman that cut my hair did not assess my hair prior to cutting it- not sure if notes are on my account. I was asked what I wanted and I responded "a trim." Granted, I should have explained more however isn't that what the notes are for??? I have had the same cut forever!!! He trimmed my hair as I asked. However, due to him not evaluating my hair, did not realize I had an A-line lob. He ended up cutting my hair even all around. I did not notice until I saw 2 inches of my hair falling in front of me. By this time it was too late. He said to me, you didn't mention it and I didn't realize it until I cut it....WTH!! You didn't notice the change in length as you were going around??? Then he responded, "Oh well"....."

"Love this Great Clips location on Ann and Simmons so clean and conventially located for me but what makes it special is stylist "T" I know there are other good stylists but none like "T" being a senior citizen I appreciate her patience in making sure I get the cut I want while taking my allergies to product in mind.
