"One of the best changes I've made since moving to Vegas. The facilities and services are best in class. Friendly staff that do their best to accommodate scheduling and a complimentary drink before the appointment makes every visit a great experience."
"I've been getting my haircut here for over two years. Angie is excellent at her craft. Love the three course and other amenities offered. Highly recommend if you are looking for high quality."
"Wow! Thank you so much Leslie. I wanted a change from my previous haircuts for years. I explained everything to her. My hairline is uneven my 7 cowlicks stick up and she totally heard everything I said and came through with a vengeance. I am so exceptionally happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend. She explained everything she did to me and why. I feel like a brand new man! Very professional thanks again."
"I give it 5 stars for the atmosphere. The amenities offered for gentlemen to be well maintained and groomed. I enjoy the people and the place."
"Update: Added a star (to four stars) because the club operations manager (Glennie) reached out to see if they could offer a smoother experience than my first one. Clearly they care about customer service, which is always great to see. It sounds like the other locations all offer liquor, just not this one (yet). I'll probably hold of on returning until they get their license. _______ First time visiting. Mixed experience. Save a screenshot of your "Free 1 Day Membership"! Found The Gents Place from a FB ad offering a free haircut for a first time local and figured why not, we have some holiday pictures coming up and I should get cleaned up. Process was easy, answered some questions, got a text message confirming my appointment, no issues there. Got to my appointment and was offered beer, wine, or soft drinks and it threw me off since the advertising was all about bourbons and whiskeys which was the main selling point I was interested in. Talking to the hair stylist later it turns out that this location does not have a liquor license. Asked to go to the restroom, came back, and before I could ask for a drink my hair stylist was ready, so no drink for me. I had Chanel who did a really good job with my short Asian hair. Probably one of the best hair cuts I've ever had. Tipped $20, which is a lot for me, but not sure what the norm is. Went back to the front, got asked how everything was, if I wanted a membership, etc. When I declined a membership the receptionist asked if we were charging everything a-la-carte, if so, the balance was $50. Wait what? I replied that I had gone through their survey/ad and it offered a free 1-day membership. The receptionist asked to see the text with the offer. I pulled up my phone and nothing about the exchange from The Gents Place mentioned the free 1-day membership! I started looking through my emails, other texts, for about 5 minutes before the receptionist said that they found me in their system and I didn't need to worry about payment this time. Not sure if she just felt sorry for me or actually found me in their system. Keep in mind that after you finish the survey, you enter your email and phone number and they reach out to you to set up the appointment. Either way, I'd strongly recommend double/triple checking and taking a screenshot of that last page after the survey/ad which says "Free 1 Day Membership" to ensure that you're covered. Also no prices for a-la-carte are posted. Ultimately I don't think I will be coming back even though the haircut was fantastic. I can't justify $60 ($40 + $20 tip) every month just for a hair cut and maybe a beer. $70 without a membership!"
